We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to operate the BTCBot platform.
Information we collect
- Account details (name, email) when you register
- Encrypted Binance API credentials you provide for trading
- Trading activity, cycle logs, and performance data generated by the bot
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
How we use it
To authenticate you, execute trades on your behalf per your enabled pairs, display portfolio performance, and respond to support requests.
Data security
Exchange API secrets are stored encrypted. Admin and investor areas use separate authentication guards and database tables.
Your rights
You may request account deletion or data export by contacting us. Disabling all pairs and removing API keys stops active trading immediately.
